As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for scaling the Partnerships acquisition channel, and driving Enterprise network building as well as product or programme partnerships in the region. What You'll Do:

As a Partnerships Executive at Mind Stretcher, you will be engaging with partners, customers and internal stakeholders in a fast paced & dynamic environment under the marketing team. You will work alongside management and operational teams across Mind Stretcher to improve business processes and introduce and integrate solutions.

Job Functions:   

• Forge and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise partners
• Jointly develop strategic campaigns with both internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership-related activities and engagement
• Develop and maintain the partnerships ecosystem
• Orchestrate an effective ongoing engagement programme with partners
• Conceptualise, organise and support partnership activations, engagement and other related marketing activities
• Ensure compliance with all partnership-related activities
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership programmes
• Communicate and report partnership plans and results to relevant stakeholders

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Resourceful and high willingness to learn
• Highly accountable and takes ownership of one’s own work
• A team player who is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and results-driven
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in education and/or tech industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and unstructured environment
