As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Strategy and Operations Intern to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to work on implementation and execution of strategy, improve efficiency, and champion the use of cutting-edge digital tools within and across the firm. Job Overview:

We are seeking a curious, organised and proactive Operations Executive to support the growth of a new business segment at Mind Stretcher. The role involves working closely with the operation team and management to build up and grow this new segment. Responsibilities include managing teacher staffing and resourcing, handling centre-parent-student relationships, and ensuring that workflows and operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the planning and quality of delivery of our programs, on top of assisting with exciting growth initiatives. This is an exciting role for a candidate looking to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and create real impact for the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Teacher Management:
    • Coordinate the on boarding, and management of teachers.
    • Support teachers with operational needs, ensuring they have the resources necessary to deliver high-quality education.
    • Monitor teacher performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  3. Customer Service Management:
    • Assist in managing the customer service team, handling escalations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective process management.
  4. Operations Management:
    • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
    • Coordinate resources and activities to meet operational deadlines and objectives.
    • Address operational challenges and implement solutions to optimize processes.
  5. Workflows & SOP Documentation:
    • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
    • Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect process improvements and new practices.
    • Ensure adherence to documented workflows and processes across the organization.
  6. Marketing Support:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns that promote the organization’s offerings.
    • Assist in executing marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
    • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
