How can I start using the app?
First, download the app from https://mindstretcher.com/app. All existing parents can log in to the app today using their primary phone number submitted during registration. Students with phone numbers registered to their names, such as some of our upper primary and secondary students, will also be able to log in as well. New parents will need to enroll at a Mind Stretcher centre before being able to log in.
What are the main features of the app?

I’m not receiving notifications from the app for my payments and upcoming classes. How do I fix this?
Make sure to enable push notifications when you first install the app. You can also manage your notification preferences in the app settings to receive important updates and reminders.
What should I do if I encounter a technical issue with the app?
If you experience any technical issues, please contact our team via Whatsapp or enquiries@mindstretcher.com
Can students download the app too?
Yes! For our older students with mobile phones, please ensure you have registered your phone number with our centre staff. You will then be able to login, see your schedules, and view your course materials on the go.
Why does it say that e-Study Buddy materials will be uploaded in the following week?
As is our current policy, all e-Study Buddy videos will be opened to students the next following Monday after class.
When can I book a make-up class?
Start booking make-up two full calendar weeks before your original class, all the way up to the date of the desired make-up class. For weekdays, submit your request before 1pm. For weekends, submit your request before 7am.
Can I request make-up lessons for future classes?
Yes! You can request make-up lessons for upcoming classes, as long as they are within the same MS Week as your original class.
Can I cancel a booked make-up lesson?
Absolutely! Just remember to cancel at least one day in advance. If your original seat is taken by another make-up student, your cancellation may not be possible.
Is there a limit on make-up lessons?
You can request one make-up lesson per course each month.
Can I reschedule a make-up lesson?
Yes, simply cancel the already scheduled make-up lesson, then book another.
What if my class falls on a public holiday?
You can book a make-up lesson within the same MS week as your original class, either at the same or cross centre.
What if there are no available make-up slots in the same MS Week?
Slots are first-come-first-served! If you can't find one, your child can catch up on missed lessons via the pre-recorded videos in the e-Study Buddy.
Are make-up lessons available for all courses?
Yes, except for the Phonics & Reading course.
